FAQs

What is a Complimentary Annual Return Pass?

With each paid ticket, we give you the option of the Complimentary Annual Return Pass. If accepted it’ll allow unlimited entry for 12 months after you redeem your paid ticket.

You will be issued with a cardboard pass that you show to our Admissions team the next time you visit. We still do recommend booking with your Complimentary Annual Return Pass – the booking process won’t charge you for this.

Can someone else use my Complimentary Annual Pass?

The annual passes are named passes, so they do correlate with one person. This does mean they are non-transferable.

What happens if I lose my Complimentary Year Pass?

If you or your family member have lost your cardboard pass, let our Admissions Team know when you next arrive. We’ll have your details saved on our system and for an admin fee of £1, we will be able to replace your pass for you.

Hopefully we’ve answered your questions, if not please email enquiries@oceanconservationtrust.org and we’ll try to help. Why not plan your visit and come and sea us soon…
