WAVES CAFE

Our Waves Cafe is open from 10am – 4:15pm, with hot food being served from 11:30am – 2:30pm. Located just up the first ramp, in the heart of the Aquarium, Waves Cafe boast stunning views over the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park and Barbican. Toilets and baby changing facilities are also found here. Cafe timings are subject to change during peak periods, please check our website for any updates or with a team member onsite.

We have a selection of hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks that cater for everyone. Make your way to the Hot Food Counter where you can order hot food with our friendly team and make us aware of any allergies. Please make sure you have your table number before ordering.

Blue Mind Garden

Being located in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City and facing the UK’s first National Marine Park, our Blue Mind Garden has stunning views of the Ocean. Sit back and watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour. Spot insects, birds, and maybe even a seal or two! Let the kids run around in a safe and closed off area whilst you can take in the sea air and relax. Located just outside our British Coasts zone, the garden is perfect to let the little ones run off some steam before heading back into the Aquarium.

KIOSK

The kiosk in the Blue Mind Garden serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks! Open on peak periods. Please check onsite for more details.

The National Marine Aquarium (NMA) is the UK’s National Aquarium, located in Britain’s Ocean City, Plymouth. We are proudly the home of the Ocean Conservation Trust, a charity dedicated to connecting people with the Ocean.
