Join our Ocean City Clean-Ups and become part of a movement to reduce plastic entering our Ocean.

Come along to these two hour drop-in events to help clean up Plymouth’s Waterfront and become part of a movement to reduce plastic entering our Ocean. We are committed to reducing avoidable plastics in Plymouth and are part of Plymouth’s Plan for Plastics. These litter picks will be led by our staff and open to all members of the public!

What’s involved:

  • A clean up with litter picking equipment provided
  • A chance to speak to a marine biologist about Ocean conservation
  • Contributing to reducing Ocean plastics
  • Finding out how to reduce your plastic footprint

Taking place on the first Friday afternoon of each month between 1pm-2pm, where one of our Ocean Discovery Rangers will be ready to meet you outside the National Marine Aquarium’s gift shop.

If you’re interested in taking part simply click on the button below to register! Once you’ve done that, we will email you regarding upcoming dates and information for the litter picks.
