Here’s a blog summing up how the first Ocean Squad of the year went!
The start of the Easter Holidays kicked off our first Ocean Squad session of the year, with 8 budding marine biologists joining us for a whole week of fun! Next up was a chance to snorkel in the sea from a local beach. Learning how to use snorkelling equipment safely to explore our underwater world. Our action-packed week also gave the group to delve into a variety of Ocean conservation issues and create their own campaign video. This sessions themes included shark finning, turtle conservation and climate change, and delivered key things that people can do in their everyday lives to help with these issues….
