Join the Field Studies Council and National Marine Aquarium on a first of its kind series of adult evening courses taking you from Land to Sea. We’ll explore the science behind the unique habitats found on Devon’s coast with four evenings, two hosted by the Field Studies Council and two hosted by the National Marine Aquarium. You will have a chance to study freshwater invertebrates, explore the rocky shore habitat linking land and sea, delve into what makes a squid a squid and, on our final event, take a boat tour round Plymouth Sound. An amazing series of events taking you from the land to the sea.
This event is sold as a series and can only be purchased together. They have been designed to cover topics that lead on from one event to another and therefore we regret we cannot sell each event separately. The cost to attend all four of these brilliant events is only £60, which includes transport should you need it.
If you require any further information or to book please contact the Slapton Ley Field Centre by phone on 01548 580466 or via email.
On booking please indicate if you would require transport as this will be on a first come first served basis and there is limited availability.
