Here at the NMA, we’re proud to offer the chance for every* visitor to receive a Complimentary Return Pass so they can visit again for FREE all year round!

To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable day with us, we limit the amount of people visiting in order to fully adhere to the government’s Covid-19 social distancing and safety guidelines. To do this, our team will be carefully managing the amount of people at the Aquarium at any one time. This means that each visitor will need to book online in advance to let us know that you plan to visit, by using our online booking system.

To visit again with your Annual Return Pass, please do the following:

  1. Head to ‘Buy Tickets’ via our website or click here.
  2. Click on the ‘Entrance Tickets‘ tab
  3. Click ‘General Admissions’
  4. Scroll down the list of ticket options until you see ‘Complimentary Entry – Return visits and Complimentary tickets’ at the bottom of the page.
  5. Select your number of tickets then click ‘Select your session’.
  6. Click the date and timeslot you want from the calendar and ‘Book’
  7. Click ‘Go to basket’ to checkout
  8. Click the ‘Checkout’ button on the righthand side of the page
  9. Fill in your details on the page OR if you already have an account with us where your details are saved, you can click ‘Already have an account? Login here’ from the blue bar at the top of the page.
  10. Once finished, you will see a 9-digit booking reference number on your screen starting with ‘D3…’. This will also be sent to the email address you used to book. Please make a note of this as you’ll need it on entry to the aquarium to ensure that we get you checked in quicker.
  11. Lastly, don’t forget to bring along your Complimentary Year Pass. If you have lost or misplaced your pass, we can replace them for a £1 admin fee, simply bring along ID with you.

Remember to book a place for everyone in your group. If you are coming with people that need to pay, please add their tickets to your basket. You can do this by clicking ‘Continue shopping‘ instead of ‘Go to basket‘ (step 7), then add on the extra tickets for people who don’t already have passes in your group.

Please note: we are currently limiting groups of 6 unless you are all a part of the same support bubble. Please make 2 separate bookings if you would like to come along with more than 6 people.

Thank you for your understanding and for your incredible, unwavering support – it’s hugely appreciated. Sea you soon!
