Groups welcomed

We welcome groups of 10 or more people (no upper limit) at any time. Perfect for day visits, city stopovers and short breaks, the National Marine Aquarium is the ideal destination for a special day out.

Visits can be tailored to suit all ages and interests and can occupy a group from one hour to a full day. If you'd like a guided tour you can book one of our expert hosts for an hour-and-a-half in-depth talk.

Special packages

Package one - £10.50

Entry to the Aquarium; welcome tea/coffee and biscuits; guided tour.

Package two - £15.00

Entry to the Aquarium; welcome tea/coffee and biscuits; cream tea in your private café, Horizons; guided tour.

Free entry for coach drivers and tour leaders

If your group is travelling to the Aquarium by coach, there is a drop-off and pick-up point at the rear of the building. Overflow coach parking is available at Bretonside Bus Station, Plymouth.

Waves café

Our café is open from 10 am until 4:30 pm daily. We provide a range of hot meals, daily specials and sandwiches.

Historic Barbican

We are situated on Plymouth's historic Barbican. Make a day of your visit by enjoying the harbour; take a cruise and enjoy the shops. You are free to come and go throughout the day; just ask for a pass from the admissions desk.
