Terms & Conditions for Aquadoption

1) Please allow 28 days for delivery of your aquadoption pack, National Marine Aquarium cannot be held liable for any delivery delays following dispatch. Please contact us within 2 months of placing your order if you have not received your aquadoption pack in the post.
2) Any claims after the 2 month period cannot be honoured.
3) All adopted animals remain the property of National Marine Aquarium who reserve the right to move them to other establishments as may be necessary.
4) Adopters will be notified of any such moves and will be entitled to change their adopted animal if the adoption is within 6 months of purchase. Any time period other than this will be at the discretion of National Marine Aquarium.
5) All aquadoptions are non-transferable.
6) Any requests for changes to aquadoptions must be provided in writing and will be at the discretion of National Marine Aquarium.
