The National Marine Aquarium is a truly unique venue in a stunning location. Its relaxed environment and breathtaking views make it the perfect venue for a variety of functions and events, from birthday celebrations to wedding receptions.
We have several spaces available to hire and a variety of catering options available. Enjoy fine dining for 120 guests on round tables in our auditorium looking at the amazing Eddystone Reef exhibit or a buffet for 75 in Horizons, with views to die for across Plymouth Sound.
The dramatic backdrop of our newly-themed Eddystone Reef exhibit creates a shimmering deep blue palette in which to create stunning photographs and an evening to remember for all.
We provide dancing, multiple bar points and, of course, a dedicated planner. Unfortunately. we cannot perform civil ceremonies.
Our dedicated functions manager, James Deacon, will endeavour to meet your needs, tailoring any event to your personal requirements.
Our resident chef can provide a sumptuous feast, no matter what the occasion or budget. We have menus to suit all tastes, with the accent clearly on local produce.
