The National Marine Aquarium is located in the Coxside area of Plymouth.

Follow the brown and white fish signs, which can be found on all entry roads into the city. The recommended route is the A38 to Marsh Mills (Sainsbury's) then along the A374 Embankment Road. The route for the Aquarium and Barbican Car Park (main parking for the Aquarium) is signposted from here.

Please Note: Car Parking The Barbican car park is pay and display and there are no change facilities. We recommend that visitors plan to spend at least 3 hours (£2.10).

Leave the Car… Why not leave the car and travel to the Aquarium more sustainably?

We are just a 15 minute walk through the Historic Barbican from the city centre and all local bus routes.
