This Easter Holiday at the National Marine Aquarium we’re celebrating our amazing local coasts! ‘Sea the Difference’ will see us explore and examine what’s on our doorstep. In the Aquarium we’ll have rockpool rambles, a brand new ‘Sea the Difference Show’, a trail around the building to engage the little ones and some new animals on display!
We’ll have pop up stands from different local organisations including The Shark Trust, Marine Biological Association and the Mount Batten Centre dotted around the Aquarium to tell our visitors about the amazing work they do.
We’ll also be heading to the beach! Find out more here via this blog.
Not only will day to day Easter Holiday days be jam packed full of fun but we’ve got some amazing events happening afterhours too!
2nd April: Quiet at the Aquarium (tickets here )
7th April: Sleeping with Sharks (tickets here)
13th April: Underwater Easter Tea Party (tickets here)
And if that’s not enough for you we’ve got some new animals to our exhibits! Come and meet Friday the Green Turtle who’s new to our Atlantic Ocean Tank. Or our two new Grey Reef Sharks, swimming around in our Great Barrier Reef tank.
You can check them out here.
We’ve got something for everyone this Easter Holiday, and remember, if you pay once to come into the Aquarium we’ll give you a Year Pass to come back as much as you like! We hope to see you soon.
